Hi Jobseeker, currently, All ID needs part-time remote Telesales, the following is the job description :
- Contacting potential customers or existing customers to offer products/services with a predetermined script.
Answering questions about the product or company.- Build good relationships with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Explaining the benefits and advantages of products or services to potential customers.
- Entering and updating customer information into the database.
Receive and process orders accurately.- Handling complaints to maintain the company's reputation.
Meeting sales quotas and targets.
- Maintaining call and sales records and recording useful information.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in IT industry - Enjoy meeting & building communication with new people
Target oriented and ability to seek new prospects- Good analytics skill and good negotiation skills
Fluent in English
