Job Description

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or tele-insurance
  • Education:
  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA) for experienced candidates
  • Minimum associate degree (D3) for fresh graduates
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
  • Target-oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Other qualities: Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection. Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products and services
  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, addressing queries and concerns professionally
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
