Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or tele-insurance
Education:
Minimum high school diploma (SMA) for experienced candidates
Minimum associate degree (D3) for fresh graduates
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Target-oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Other qualities: Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection. Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products and services
Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company
Maintain a positive relationship with customers, addressing queries and concerns professionally
Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
