Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Tenant Relations & Marketing Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaker) for Kempinski Private Residences with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Have a minimum of 3 years managerial experience in the property, residences or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office and General IT.
- Excellent in Bahasa, Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Other international languages would be advantageous.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide exceptional service to tenants to ensure their contentment.
- To maintain a five-star private residence quality.
- Distribute incoming requests, complaints, and inquiries to relevant departments, monitor comments, and respond to renters until issues are resolved.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Ensure high service quality for tenant satisfaction.
