Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tenant Relations Specialist at PT Lyman Devindo, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Tenant Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring smooth operations within the properties. They will also handle lease agreements, organize events to foster community engagement, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize tenant satisfaction.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Understanding of real estate operations and property management
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
• Previous experience in tenant relations or customer service is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Placement in Jakarta
