Understand market trends to identify new opportunities with action plan to capture market share and achieve sustainable growth by developing a strong pipeline.
Identify potential projects early and work closely with key stakeholders to improve win rate.
Develop sales leads, focus on revenue growth to meet, or exceed sales targets and achieve sustainable continuous growth.
Contact prospective customers focusing on Power industry, Pulp & Paper and Chemical Process industry to present information on available services and solutions.
Expand and maintain strong relationship with EPC & consulting firms, OEMs and Enduser.
Prepare forms or agreement to complete sale and follow projects all the way through completion.
Perform on-site system auditing to generate sales opportunities
Participate in marketing activities.
Present in seminars.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5-7 years sales experience with good track record, preferable in general industries or Pulp & Paper or Engineered package solution.
Able to work under pressure & maintain a good level of service to both internal & external customers.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively across various levels with internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker, strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills.
