Overall, this role will be work closely in alignment with National Sales Manager (DSM) and KAM showing strong commitment to drive Business Excellence journey through improvement of process, system, and execution in His/ Her territory.
Achieve annual sales budget within coverage areas by develop people and working process.
Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
Provide support National Sales Manager (DSM), KAM and Sr. Trade Marketing in other additional tasks as requested.
Prepare reports, market/ performance analysis, propose and initiate business improvements as required
Execute the Commercial Excellence strategy including the roll-out of customer PST, common structures, policies, processes, key sales metrics, and reporting methods.
Execute Commercial Excellence initiatives, process and activities across His/ Her areas like: Events, Launch Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Excellence and Performance Management.
Implement consistent levels of execution at the area level, aligned with the country/ market brand strategies maximizing sales resources at hand.
Execute Key Accounts Management and Top Pareto Management process in His/ Her areas
Market/ Customer Segmentation & Targeting
Distributor and Sub-Distributor management.
Territory management
Job Description, Training, and Coaching of the Retail Sales Rep establishing consistent training formats that enhance the ability to deliver improved commercial outcomes across His/ Her areas.
Establishment of KPIs of Sales developing metrics and scorecards. Implement and lead His/ Her area business performance
Requirements:
Proven track record of 2+ years of experience ideally in FMCG/ Consumer Goods or Cx OTC sales with special focus on healthcare/ personal care products,
Have good skills in marketing activity, including strategic selling and negotiation, or product marketing or related field.
Minimum Bachelor degree in any science. Experienced as Sales (Ideally FMCG/ Consumer Goods or Cx OTC), Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (both with internal parties or external). Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling), Meticulous, Operate Ms. Office well (Analyze & Report)
