The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

In this role you will be responsible in developing strategies for TikTok Shop's platform campaigns, setting relevant targets and ensure successful implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the content scenario of mega campaigns (Live& Short Video), including setting campaign targets, strategies, and plans, organizing and coordinating teams such as industry and creator to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct post-campaign analysis on effectiveness of campaign strategies and being accountable for the GMV of the content scenario during mega campaigns
- Based on local insights and competitor tracking analysis, design and iterate on Live& Short Video mechanism, develop strategies for traffic generation, promotion, and communication, accumulate methodologies for the content scenario to drive business growth
- Participate in and take charge of platform mega campaigns(such as payday, double day). Serve as a project manager, effectively coordinate internal and external partners, to achieve business objectives
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience in live commerce, creator operations, or strategic experience in content platform
- Experienced with data analysis and independently managing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Past experience in the Marketing industry
