About the role
As a Driver Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for fulfilling courier capacity needs for 2 Hubs (Kemayoran & Benhil) as well as preparing and calculating payroll. As a Driver Management Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing our couriers across our Hubs & Delivery Centers. Your responsibilities include: Scheduling and rostering, performance management, and training management to develop couriers.
You will report to the Driver Management Supervisor and work closely with them to achieve our workforce goals.
This position will contribute to:
- Fulfilling courier capacity for 2 Hubs
- Calculate courier payroll based on attendance and claim
- Courier onboarding
- Responsible to hire couriers under partnership agreement
- Coordinate with Operations and Operation Risk teams to solve courier-specific manpower issues happening in the hubs
- Responsible to prepare and calculate payroll for couriers based on attendance
- Responsible to cover Hubs within their scope (Kemayoran & Benhil)
- This position is a leadership role who led team members under third-party vendors (outsourcing)
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
What are the mandatory requirements for candidates to fill this role
- Experience in hiring courier 1-2 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passionate in field operation
- Experience in training and development initiatives
- Knowledge of courier planning & regulations around partnership-based agreements
Preferred Qualifications:
What are the additional requirements for candidates to excel in this role
- Fast response with good understanding of the urgent nature of some operational needs
- Willing to be moved across hubs
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred
