About the team:
Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in Tiktokshop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. Committed to customer satisfaction, we navigate challenges with the spirit of efficiency & collaboration, embodying Tiktokshop's dedication to excellence in every delivery.
This position/role will lead and monitor process at hub especially for Maintain KPI (Delivery performance, loss and damage and complaint feedback)
- Oversees end to end process and daily hub operations (inbound, sorting, outbound, and return) of 1 hub
- Responsible to monitor, report , and achieve KPI (order to delivery, Productivity, Cost, Throughput, etc)
- Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast volume (daily and weekly)
- Ensure hub operate at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, monitoring and managing daily operations hub
- Train and manage hub team to solve day-to-day operational issues
- Execute improvement initiatives across hubs
- Maintain documentation and ensures accurate records of hub activities
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- SMA / SMK or Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Min 1 - 2 years experience in logistics industry (Bachelor's degree / Diploma). Min 3 - 5 years experience in logistics industry (SMA / SMK)
- Proficient in Ms Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and energized
- Good attitude, great team orientation and leadership skills
