About the team
In this role you will have to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment, support and management of the agency, as well as layout the operations management planning of the agency in the Indonesian market and the industry;
- Establish professional and effective cooperation mechanisms with agency partners to drive agencies development;
- Activate creators and advance cooperative creators development of the agency;
- Establish an effective coordination and cooperation mechanism with the XFN team, well-managed agencies and helps deliver creators;
- Cooperate closely with the internal operation team and marketing team to achieve the overall target.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of Internet operation related experience, business resources or e-commerce MCN related experience is preferred;
- familiar with Indonesian MCN industry, BD business cooperation experience is preferred;
- Good at internal and external communication and cooperation, good market development and partner operation and management capabilities;
- Have strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, and have the ability to directly negotiate with senior managers of partners;
- Have strong business logic, learning ability and data management ability.
