About the Team
This role will work on our new business and will be responsible for critical early stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and implementation of local distribution solutions and related projects for international e-commerce logistics in South East Asia
- Assist the operation team in process and cost optimization based on the understanding of delivery business scenarios, practical processes, and user behaviors
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, develop operational plans to achieve risk avoidance and opportunity exploration in market change scenarios
- Daily operation management, tracking delivery performance indicators and team improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in leading e-commerce logistics or third-party logistics companies;
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills and project management skills, able to promote the implementation of projects;
- Have requirements for detail control and good problem discovery and identification abilities
- Strong self-drive, strong learning ability, excellent stress resistance
