In this team, you will be part of the special project team responsible in understanding the industry and its competitive environment as well as exploring opportunities and empowering industry operations.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Recruitment: Responsible for the recruitment of target brands in ID market and negotiation of business terms, assisting brands to complete the entire process of settling in.
- Sales improvement: Increase brand sales and achieve gross profit targets through high quality content supply, shoptab operations, brand activities, etc.
- Special support: Responsible for cooperating with product, logistics, IMC and other XFN teams to improve brand exposure and conversion efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies. Retail related experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Proficiency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with commercial experience
- Candidates with 12 years of prior overseas study / work experience and willingness to consider overseas assignment is a plus
