Mold Servicing and Repair:
Provide servicing and repair of plastic injection molds to achieve customer specifications and meet delivery schedules.Quality Control:
Identify process quality problems and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain high standards.Preventive Maintenance: Execute mold preventive maintenance according to a scheduled plan to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Machine Operation: Operate lathe, milling, grinding, and EDM machines as required for mold repair and modification.
Repair and Modification:
Perform repairing, maintenance, and modification of plastic injection molds to meet production needs.
Education:
SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or vocational school diploma in a relevant field.Experience:
3 to 4 years of hands-on working experience with plastic injection molds.Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating lathe, milling, grinding, and EDM machines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify process quality issues and implement corrective measures effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional precision in repairing, maintaining, and modifying molds.Maintenance Knowledge:
Experience in executing preventive maintenance according to a planned schedule.Language Preference: Preferred Chinese candidate due to the need for effective communication with our Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
