Purpose of the Role:
Support the operations department by collecting traveler details and creating transfers, documents, and itineraries related to the Tour Concierge service. The role also involves providing general operational support for clients, analyzing situations or data to make informed decisions within defined procedures, and ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Success in this role requires strong research skills, excellent communication and record-keeping abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in math and computer applications.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Collect and manage traveler details with a high level of accuracy.
Create transfers, documents, and itineraries related to Tour Concierge services.
Report findings and provide general operational support to clients.
Maintain productivity benchmarks and accuracy according to team standards.
Follow instructions and guidelines carefully, reporting any issues or system limitations to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Preferably a degree in Travel Management or any related major
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken & written)
Excellent analytical and numerical skill
Must be able to work in shifting and roaster arrangements (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays).
Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus point
