Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and sales targets.
Identify opportunities for brand visibility and product placement within distribution channels, including stores, partner or mitra, and local modern market.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective merchandising and promotion of products in-store.
Coordinate the design and production of trade marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the deployment of commerce resources, including promotional materials, product samples, and demonstration kits.
Allocate budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies
Requirements
Min. Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, and related major
Have relevant experience minimum 3 years in the similar position (experience in Trade Marketing will be preferred)
Excellent understanding in the business process of consumer goods/OTC (Sales & Marketing)
Have an interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Able to coordinate and collaborate across functions within the organization
Proficient in data analysis to develop channel strategies and enhance productivity
Able to analyze market trends, understand consumer behavior, and translate insights into actionable trade marketing strategies
