Support team in designing and maintaining data management in training process and mass hire onboarding journey
Collaborate with other team members to achieve team's KPI
Provide business with data driven suggestions to improve operations continuously
Support training team by compiling and conducting data analysis related to agent's training journey, including but not limited to: Pre-Training, During Training , Post-Training
Analyze dipsticks, scrubbing, and observations made by trainers
Visualizing results of data analysis through reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
Collecting, managing, and analyzing Trainer's KPI Data
Support execution of training team projects by providing means for monitoring and result analysis
Requirements
Minimum education S1
Minimum experience 1 year in e-commerce or Start-Up Company
Have good analytical skills, can think critically, and can work independently or in a team
Have the ability to understand the context of training and present findings contextually to support action trainers
Mastering Windows, Microsoft, and Google applications
Mastering formulas and functions in Excel/Gsheet
Have experience using the SQL programming language
