Jobdesk- Identify training and development needs Analyst and have understanding about Training of Trainers
Design and expand training and development program based on the needs- Develop effective induction program for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Area managers
- Devise individual learning plans
Produce training materials for in-house courses- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
Manage the delivery of training and development program
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
Evaluate training and development program- Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications
Consider the costs of planned program and keep within budgets
- Plan and assess the return on investment of any training or development program
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Certified as Trainer- Minimum 3 years of experience as Trainer in Retail Company
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
