Job Responsibilities:
Organize training needs assessments and assist superiors in establishing and executing training plans.
Acquire, establish, and maintain resources necessary for training.
Develop and design training courses, and organize and compile training materials.
Assist superiors in setting shopping guide goals and monitor their achievement.
Aid superiors in creating and implementing shopping guide SOPs.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
Strong language expression and text organization skills; proficiency in PPT, Excel, and other office software.
Must be dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated.
Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
