Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education , Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Health Informatics, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a strong background in documentation and scheduling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proficiency in using MS Office products
- Proficiency in using training tools, webinar tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and documentation software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to staying current with healthcare IT industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Responsibilities
As the Training Manager at Daya Medika Pratama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and our employee receive in-depth training and have access to comprehensive product documentation for our Hospital Information System, particularly our Electronic Medical Record solution and its technology. You will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering training programs to our clients and internal teams, while also enhancing and maintaining product documentation.
