Regularly update training materials based on company strategy and store needs, ensuring content aligns with the latest operational processes and policies.
Design and develop training programs, including new employee onboarding, product knowledge training, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
Implement training sessions across stores, utilizing various formats (such as in-person, online courses, case studies) to enhance training effectiveness.
Observe and assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and adjust training methods to improve learning outcomes.
Design and execute training evaluation mechanisms, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.
Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs in daily operations and provide relevant training support.
Establish and maintain good communication with area management and store managers, regularly reporting training progress and results to superiors and providing suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of relevant experience in retail or training. Experience in chain store training is a plus.
Strong skills in curriculum design and implementation, with proficiency in modern training tools and technology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide employees.
Exceptional time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
