Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in travel planning and ticketing matters
- Provide customer service through digital (Whatsapp, email) & Telephone channel
- Recommend OTAQU products, fares & services to capture any sales opportunity
- Respond to general inquiries and feedback from customers & travel agents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any major
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in travel industry
- Familiar with GDS Sabre reservation system
- Have a good management skills and customer service oriented
- Have a good relationship with the airline operator
- Good command of written & spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English is a must
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Ready to join immediately
