Job Description:
Conduct User Research And Gather Insights To Inform Design Decisions. Create User Personas And User Journeys To Guide The Design Process.
Develop Wireframes, User Flows, And Interactive Prototypes To Visually Represent The User Experience And Functionality Of Digital Products.
Create Visually Appealing And User-friendly Interfaces That Align With The Company's Branding And Style Guidelines.
Plan And Conduct Usability Testing Sessions To Gather Feedback And Make Iterative Improvements To Designs.
Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders, To Ensure The Seamless Integration Of Design Into The Development Process.
Ensure Designs Are Responsive And Adaptable To Different Devices And Screen Sizes.
Ensure Designs Comply With Accessibility Standards (e.g., WCAG) To Make Digital Products Inclusive For All Users.
Contribute To The Development And Maintenance Of Design Systems And Style Guides To Maintain Design Consistency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive design solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
A creative and innovative mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize work effectively.
