  • Carry out pre-loan disbursement checks, loan disbursement and post-loan disbursement checks
  • Verify the loan application by telephone call to the debtor
  • Carry out the necessary reconciliation of loan data disbursement
  • Carry out further verification of the debtor's identity which is determined accurately & quickly
  • Carry out the necessary follow-up on the results of debtor and loan data verification
  • Assist in handling & resolving debtor complaints
  • Carry out every work activity in accordance with regulatory regulations & company internal provisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in the banking credit sector
  • Willing to work with targets and have good communication skills
  • Have good knowledge regarding the credit process
  • Having good knowledge regarding regulatory provisions will be an added value
  • Able to work individually and in a team
