Program Background
Prospera is an A$259 million eight-year program building on two decades of Australia's support for economic governance in Indonesia. Prospera incorporates 15 Australian Government agencies and over 150 expert advisers and program staff from diverse backgrounds. Prospera also collaborates closely with the Katalis program to realise the benefits of the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
Prospera's goal is to contribute to strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia through three breakthrough outcomes:
- Expanding markets creating jobs : Building a robust private sector that creates more high-value jobs.
- Safeguarding economic and financial stability: Ensuring a strong foundation for sustainable and inclusive growth.
- Improving public finances and government performance: Enabling a modern, effective and responsible public sector.

The Role
Prospera is seeking an experienced User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) Designer for Indonesia Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance (TKBI) Navigator component of the OJK SFIH website, to design and mock up componentssuch as an interactive explorer, simulator tools, and FAQ sectionsthat will support OJK's internal budgeting and procurement processes for IT projects.
The designer will work closely with both OJK and Prospera teams to ensure the interface is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with TKBI objectives, enhancing usability and overall user experience.
The initial phase, including wireframe development and user requirement gathering, will conclude by December 2024. Collaboration with OJK's IT team will continue through 2025 to align design with technical specifications and user needs.
The designer is expected to stay current with developments in advanced legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks supporting Indonesia's economic reforms and global integration. This includes advising on regulatory challenges, emerging trends, and innovative policies to strengthen Indonesia's financial and economic governance.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications and experience as follows:
- A degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in user experience design, usability, or related areas will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in creating web-based tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex data-driven applications, particularly in finance, sustainability, or related fields.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including interactive tools and user-friendly web applications.
- Experience designing interfaces for government or regulatory institutions (such as finance or sustainability) will be considered a plus.
Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to Prospera's National Remuneration Framework Group C, Job Level 1. The remuneration level at which the position is engaged will be based on the successful candidates relevant skills and experience and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations. This position is a short-term/consultant position, open for National Indonesian applicants.
