Usher

Role Description

This is a contract role for an Usher at PT ENlight Creation Indonesia located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an Usher, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding guests to their seats, assisting with any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive experience during events. This is an on-site position that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Ushering and Customer Service
• Knowledge or interest in Performing Arts
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English, is required
