We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, considering both functionality and aesthetics. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
Job Description
- Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Create and maintain design assets such as icons, illustrations, and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Use testing feedback to make iterative improvements to the user interface.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Apply new knowledge and tools to enhance design processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
