• Location: Bali, Indonesia

• This job has responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of valet services, ensuring efficient vehicle handling and parking

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for valet services

Ensure all vehicles are parked and retrieved in a timely and safe manner

• Ensure all guests receive courteous and professional valet service

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly

• Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as needed

Ensure all valet operations comply with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the safe handling of all vehicles

Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking tickets, and incident reports

• Liaise with hotel management, event planners, and other departments to coordinate valet services for special events or high-traffic periods

• Qualifications:

Previous experience in valet services, hospitality, or a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Knowledge of vehicles, parking systems, and safety regulations

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
