- Analyse & perform work activities in the field of overseas purchasing.
- Analyse & perform work activities in the field of strategic procurement expeditions, consumable parts, & bulk parts.
- Plan and monitor all procurement activities based on the plan for purchasing goods with a list of needs from inventory and lead time from vendors/suppliers to run efficiently and effectively.
- Review documents in Chinese and create purchasing documents in Chinese.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) All Majors, preferably from Mandarin Literature/Mandarin Language Education major with interest in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management area.
- Proficient in Mandarin both orally and in writing.
- Mandarin Language Certification is an added value.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
