Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VP of Enterprise Sales to join our growing team at PowerCred. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the revenue goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. They will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, fostering key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Role:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Cold outreach, inside sales and lead generation for new conversations
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on PowerCred's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to address customer needs.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ as a Sales Manager, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of lending, fintech, digital payments, and credit management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
