Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Management, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or educational management are a plus.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and support a team of teachers and staff.
- Experience in designing and implementing early childhood curricula.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and students.
Curriculum Development:
- Experience in developing, evaluating, and implementing curricula that meet the developmental needs of young children.
- Understanding of national and international educational standards for early childhood.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
