Kinderfield School - Bandung, is looking for a professional to fill in the following positions
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the development and implementation of the curriculum and instructional programs
Assist in evaluating and improving teaching methods and academic performance.
Promote a positive learning environment and ensure high standards of academic achievement.
Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
Coordinate and oversee student discipline and ensure a safe and respectful school environment.
Address student needs and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure student success and well-being.
Mentor and support teachers, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
Conduct teacher evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.
Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the schools goals and programs.
Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and activities to support community involvement.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and legal requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor / Masters degree in Education.
Proven experience as a school administrator, including previous roles such as assistant principal, principal, or other relevant leadership positions.
Experience in curriculum development, teacher supervision, and student support.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Familiarity with government education regulations.
