Our client is a luxury retreat nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Uluwatu. The villa offers a haven for guests seeking healing, rejuvenation, and holistic healing experiences.
Assisting the owners to coordinate the day-to-day operations
Ensuring the smooth functioning of all villa facilities and services
Assisting the villa manager and owner, to coordinate with the team
Assisting to Handle purchasing responsibilities for the villa, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and coordinating purchases of supplies and equipment.
Provide support in other areas of villa management and administration as needed.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front office, Reservation, Personal Assistant in hospitality or any related position with similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proficiency in English
