- Lead and support team across the villas providing guidance, feedback, and motivation.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, and monitor adherence to work hours and breaks for optimal staff productivity.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, manage budgets, and forecast both short-term and long-term needs.
- Uphold meticulous standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the facilities.
- Enforce stringent safety protocols
- Manage inventory, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently, reducing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Drive recruitment processes, from interviewing to training, to cultivate a competent and committed workforce.

Qualifications:
