Our client is a fantastic nightclub in Bali with an underground theme. It features a dance area, VIP seating, excellent sound quality, outstanding DJs, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP Clients
Handle and coordinate all VIP Requests and services.- Arrange transportations, reservations and special events for VIP Clients
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Prepare and present reports on VIP Client activities and feedback
Monitor and respond to VIP Client feedback
Requirements:Able to speak English
Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar rol
- Strong problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Background in hospitality or a related field preferred
Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction *
