We are the market leader in what we do and are looking for amazing staff to join our fantastic team in Bali to join our super star visa team.

Experience in visa services is preferred, however a fun, likable personality is also a great start!

This opportunity will be for our busy Sanur office and requires someone confident, presentable and able to learn quickly.

This job is required to start urgently, so please only apply if you can start in May 2024.

The main responsibilities are numerous and include:

Provide excellent customer service and help assist with visa inquiries

Assist customers choose the correct visa for their individual requirements

Help market products and services by utilising social media and attending networking events

Report to management weekly performance

Increase localised leads and help expand our presence in the area

Develop relationships with international companies and sell our services

Skills required for this role:

Confident and presentable

Excellent English skills are mandatory

Self-motivated

Have excellent organisational skills

Personable with a likeable personality

A fast learner

Able to multitask

Enjoy networking and meeting new people

As a fast growing, ever expanding company, doing multiple jobs and working long hours are often necessary, so a positive attitude is a must
