Job Summary
As a Visual Merchandiser at Rocketindo, you'll manage the display, stock, and sales performance of our beauty products. Your role is to ensure our products look appealing, are always available, and meet customer needs across our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize product displays to attract customers and boost sales.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are always available.
- Analyze sales trends to decide which products to highlight or adjust.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotions and campaigns.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- Creative with a good eye for detail and trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for beauty products and the retail industry.
- Familiarity with stock management tools is a plus.
- Experience in merchandising, preferably in beauty or retail is a plus.
