Greet and seat customers
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
Be knowledgeable about the menu and offer recommendations to customers.- Ensure that tables, chairs, and dining utensils are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Provide assistance to team members as needed, such as helping to set up tables or clean specific areas.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
Engage with customers, making sure they have everything they need to enjoy their visit.- Help with opening and closing duties as required.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting is a plus- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to communicate in English (conversational)
- Ability to work well in a team and handle busy shifts with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
