As a Waiter/Waitress at Sunset Hospitality Group, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, providing attentive and personalized service to our guests. From welcoming them with a warm smile to assisting them throughout their dining experience, you will ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of our dining establishments in Bali.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions about menu items and making recommendations as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
  • Anticipate guests needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring a neat and inviting atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
