Job Description

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival;
  • Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their food and beverage preferences;
  • Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders;
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests tables in a timely and courteous manner;
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards;
  • Proactively address guests needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service;
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred;
  • Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa;
  • Neat personal appearance and a high level of personal hygiene;
  • Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job;
  • Familiar with EDC machine;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Able to join immediately;
