We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and administrative support to the warehouse team. This position also requires handling inventory management, processing incoming shipments, overseeing administrative duties, ensuring the availability of raw materials, and generating reports. The Warehouse Administrator will also create purchase requests and track raw material consumption.
Perform regular inventory and materials counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) as scheduled.- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify the accuracy of items, quantities, and other details.
Execute administrative tasks in an organized and systematic manner.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials for construction projects by maintaining standard minimum stock levels.
Supervise and prepare weekly reports on raw material waste, incoming samples, and quality control samples.- Create and submit purchase requisitions for materials needed for construction projects to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Monitor and oversee the usage of raw materials to ensure efficient use and prevent shortages.
A Diploma 3 or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse administration or a comparable role.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and industry best practices.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and precision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic proficiency in computer usage and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace, warehouse management systems).- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday with max. 40 working hours
