Job Desc:- Troubleshooting if there any error problems in Odoo (errors that occur due to user or system error)
Create work instruction or user guide of how to use each module (new/existing feature, module or menu)- Help other departments if there is something that requires support regarding Odoo -
Assist in the process of returning goods in the system
- Monitoring daily CWH internal transfer (inbound/outbound) & follow up to related user if there are any issues
Remind user to ensure internal transfers are validated by user
1 - 2 Years Experience as system support or admin in online retail businessl (Store and Warehouse)- Have experience to operate Odoo System.
Have experience as Odoo support is an advantages
- Understand Inbound and Outbound Process
Have experience to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS)- You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc - Flexible to work during off time if needed
IT background is an advantages
