RESPONSIBILITY_
- Understand inventory planning and strategies. Be able to analyze data collected and control material inventory levels, and implement planning strategies such as safety stock and lead time.
Conduct daily/monthly inventory count, assist to verify the stock discrepancies & prepare monthly inventories reports.- Ensure the security and accountability of materials with inventory control.
Enforce the facility security & employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the governments safety and environmental standard (DOE, DOSH, MBSP License).
- Coordinate logistics and import-export activities. This includes monitoring shipment statuses, ensuring on-time delivery between bonded zones, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) companies.
Handle import-export shipments and liaise with Third Party Forwarder Agent (Letter Authorization / K1 Form)- Follow up with Oversea/Local supplier to get the shipping documents details (Notice of Arrival - NOA)
_REQUIREMENT
_- Candidate preferred possess with a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
Minimum 1-2 years and above of working experience in Supply Chain & Logistic / Purchasing / Material Warehouse Management.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
Good in written and communication in English, Malay and Mandarin.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel suite.
Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful and Passionate.
