Position Overview: As an Infor WMS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients warehouse processes, implementing Infor WMS solutions, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Infor WMS.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse operations and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Infor WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Configure Infor WMS to meet specific warehouse processes and workflows.
- Integration:
- Work with technical teams to integrate Infor WMS with other systems, such as ERP and order management.
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different systems.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training to warehouse staff on Infor WMS functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Maintain documentation for training and future reference.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and project management.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to achieve project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infor WMS Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and Infor WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
- Infor WMS certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with other warehouse technologies and automation.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
