Warehouse Manager

TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material - primarily Used Cooking Oil and Palm Oil Mill Effluent for biodiesel production as well as Biodiesel itself.

We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for biofuel production. We bulk, store, blend and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance. TUKR relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply management.

We consider each of our regional warehouses to be a well-oiled machine. We count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager based in Bali, with details below:

• Responsible for developing your province's supply portfolio, drive commercial performance and optimization through new collection points, partnership with suppliers, procuring assets, and hiring staff;
• Expanding partnership pool with new suppliers Used Cooking Oil
• Increasing the supply of our Used Cooking Oil through acquisition and investment
• Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis of your province's commercial insight to the Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's of any major (Engineering and Economics will be a priority)
• Minimum 5+ years in Commercial roles, with proven track record of success in Commercial and Supply Chain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passionate in delivering results and working in fast pace company environment
• Proven experience in leadership skill and managing stakeholder groups across the business
• Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
