Ensure proper storage, handling and protection of all Finished Goods, ensure stock accuracy in Finished Goods Store.
Responsible for data updating and accountable for the accuracy of inventories.
Ensure correct issuance and return of Finished Goods based on SAP system allocation.
Ensure Lorries, reach truck and forklift service maintained in good condition.
Participate in bi-annually stock take and cycle count.
Ensure safety precautions are in place and followed by all staff in the warehouse.
Plan delivery schedule according to customer requirement.
Aware of the significant environmental impacts, actual or potential, of their work activities and the environmental benefits of improved personal performance.
Decide and co-ordinate with Customer Service Department for urgent delivery to customer.
Co-ordinate activities between Delivery, Packing, Production and PPIC to ensure timely delivery to customer without any unnecessary delay.
Conduct effective inventory cycle count to ensure physical quantity match system quantity.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse
Must be able to supervise and control manpower
Preferably with ERP system (SAP, oracle, Navision any others ERP system)
Commitment in ensuring tasks is fulfilled as required
