Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Warehouse Operations run smoothly
• Monitoring and Controlling the implementation of duties and responsibilities of the warehouse and logistics team in accordance with established standards
• Ensure smooth activities in and out of goods and its transaction report
• Ensure cycle count and stock-taking runs well
• Monitoring the process of delivering goods to customers, expedition effective hours, service levels to comply with company regulations
• Ensure warehouse and logistics business processes are in accordance with company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 / Associate Degree all majors.
• Have experience as Logistic Supervisor for at least 1 year.
• Experienced in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse at least 3 years.
• Have an excellent knowledge of FMCG / Food Distributor's warehouse mechanisms.
• Have good Leadership and Attitude.
• Excellent understanding of MS office / Google Workspace and Warehouse Management System.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
