Role Overview:

Participating in the WIN Program will provide you with in-class training and development aimed at improving your sales abilities and teaching you more about efficiently managing wealth and priority customers. Gaining practical skills and learning from seasoned professionals will put you on the right track for a prosperous banking career while also assisting BTPN customers in their financial endeavors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales/Funding Officer in the Banking, Insurance, or Investment sector.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attractive appearance, excellent communication skills, highly motivated, resilient, and adept at building interpersonal relationships.
