Responsibilities:
- Responsible for integrating the client's website with Zoho CRM, setting up the custom company portal within Zoho, and potentially integrating Zoho with Xero
Responsible for implementing the live chat tool (SalesIQ) and integrating it with Zoho.- Responsible for setting up and configuring Zoho for the client's needs, including creating user accounts, customising workflows, and managing data migration
Responsible for developing the custom portal that allows client to view deals, orders, quotes, invoices, and support cases.
Requirements:
- Having experience as CRM or Marketing Automation
Excellent in Zoho Administrator (Mandatory
)- Calm, unflappable demeanour
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
