Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field

2+ years of experience developing websites using WordPress, including theme and plugin customization

Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (PHP, MySQL)

Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and theme frameworks (e.g., Genesis, Astra, etc.)

Familiarity with WordPress security best practices and performance optimization techniques

Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development

Experience with website optimization tools for performance, SEO, and speed (e.g., WP Rocket, Google PageSpeed Insights)

Proficient in version control tools such as Git, and understanding of deployment workflows

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce) is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Willingness to be placed in Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the company's WordPress website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO

Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the company's business requirements and branding needs

Work closely with the design team to ensure that website design and user experience (UX) align with branding and usability best practices

Implement and manage WordPress-based eCommerce functionality (WooCommerce) to support the online sales of packaging products

Optimize the website for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring fast load times and high visibility in search engines

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including front-end and back-end bugs and compatibility problems

Ensure security measures are in place and up to date (e.g., SSL, regular backups, firewall, etc.)

Collaborate with the SEO specialist to implement SEO-friendly website structure and content management

Monitor and enhance website performance using analytics tools and optimize conversion funnels

Provide technical support and training to internal teams when needed

Stay updated with the latest WordPress development trends and best practices, ensuring the company's website remains cutting-edge
