• Tasks & responsibilities

Supervise Welding Team Skills and Qualifications. Entails conducting training, delegating tasks as necessary.

• Establish processes and procedures necessary to ensure the quality of welding to meeting specification.

To determine and plan for the necessary Welding equipment and facilities and other assets to be in place.

• Assist and support the Welding Team or project teams on all welding matters.

Performed and maintained for all Welding activities are achieved Company Quality System.

• Monitor the Welding Quality trough the analysis of the trends of Project Defect Rates and Welders defect rates to proposing improvement actions.

Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.

• Qualifications & experience

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Welding Engineering or 5 years related experience.

• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.

Computer literate including design software, CAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of all welding processes.

Capable of working independently and with others.
